Sanctus is a performance training facility in St Helens built for people who want to become stronger, fitter and more capable.

 

Our training combines CrossFit, HYROX conditioning and Strongman strength to develop well rounded athletes. Each discipline brings something different. CrossFit builds movement skill and strength. HYROX develops engine and endurance. Strongman builds raw power and resilience.

 

Together they create a training environment that challenges you physically while helping you progress safely and consistently.

 

Whether your goal is to improve your fitness, compete in HYROX, build real strength or simply train in a supportive and motivating community, Sanctus provides the coaching, structure and environment to help you succeed.

 

Alongside our main training sessions we also offer kettlebell and yoga classes to support strength, mobility and recovery.
